Find the best train connection between your point of departure and Frankfurt/Main main station (Hauptbahnhof) on the Deutsche Bahn online timetable. At Frankfurt main station (Hauptbahnhof), take subway line U5 direction Preungesheim. Get off at "Musterschule". Walk down the road approximately 15 meters in the opposite direction of the subway and turn left into Hebelstraße. After around 3 minutes you will see the Villa Orange on the right hand side.
If you have a lot of luggage, get off at "Konstabler Wache" and take a taxi (taxi fare: approx. EUR 5,-). All in all, it will take you no more than 12 minutes from the main station to the hotel.
