Wine and cheese is a beautiful combination - but full of pitfalls. Which wine goes with which cheese? Red or rather white wine? Taste several wines and cheeses in different variations. An enjoyable evening with many valuable tips on a complex topic awaits you!

In the new Wine&Cheese course, you will not only gain insight into the history, production and different types of cheese. We also reveal the basic rules to follow so that the difficult marriage of wine and cheese triggers culinary feelings of happiness instead of nightmares.

In the second part of the evening, the instructor will first briefly introduce wine tasting techniques. Then eight different Delinat wines from vineyards rich in biodiversity will be tasted together with a wide variety of cheeses (hard, soft, cow, sheep and goat). Trying, experimenting and breaking down entrenched images is the motto. Or stick to it!

The price of €65 includes wines, cheese, bread and course materials. You will automatically receive an invoice upon registration.
