For your safety and ours

Current measures based on the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2

A warm welcome to our guests,

All corona measures officially end in the state of Hesse on Saturday, April 2.
We are very pleased about this, because arrivals at the hotel will be much easier now. All guests can check in without proof of vaccination, recovery or any other proof of negative status. This regulation also applies to seminar participants, breakfast guests and salon guests not staying overnight at the hotel.

However, as the number of infections is currently very high, we would like to keep
the following safety precautions in place until April 29, 2022:

The mask requirement for the indoor areas will remain in place for guests and staff.
Please also wear a surgical mask in the hallways and when walking around the hotel.

Our staff self-tests before the start of every shift.
We recommend that you also voluntarily test yourself at home before each stay at Villa Orange.

The distance rule of 1.5 meters no longer applies. The partitions between the tables in the breakfast room and the plexiglass partition at the reception desk will remain in place for the time being.

Please continue to use our dispensers in the entrance area, in front of the breakfast room and in the conference area.

Our plasma air purification units continue to provide virus- and bacteria-free air in all public rooms.

The conference foyer will remain closed for the time being. We will be providing catering for the groups in the respective conference rooms. Catering will be at a group table, and not on an individual basis.

Please support us in doing this. By being considerate, you protect yourself, the other guests and your hosts!

Protecting our guests and staff is very important to us. By taking great care and applying strict hygiene standards in all areas, we are fulfilling our shared responsibility for the containment of the coronavirus. Please support us in this endeavor by strictly complying with the rules of conduct. With your consideration, you are protecting yourself, the other guests, and your hosts!

Below you will find some rules to help us all mindfully and respectfully co-exist:

General information

  • Maintain a distance from other people - at least 1.5 meters. Wherever this is not possible, please wear a surgical or FFP2 mask.

  • Observe coughing and sneezing etiquette: Turn away from other people when coughing or sneezing. It is best to sneeze or cough into a disposable tissue. And always remember to wash your hands thoroughly after blowing your nose, sneezing or coughing.

  • Disinfect your hands, especially when entering and leaving the hotel. Contact-free disinfectant dispensers are available at the entrance, outside the breakfast room and in the seminar area.

  • All public areas have air purifiers that destroy viruses using plasma technology without circulating the air.

  • Villa Orange staff wear surgical or FFP2 masks at work. Unvaccinated employees must provide proof of their 3G status (the negative result of a rapid antigen test must be presented at the start of each shift). Vaccinated and recovered employees are required to take a rapid self-test prior to each shift.

  • Please refrain from shaking hands - try a smile instead  .

When checking in and out

So that we can interact with each other safely and without concern, we have installed a Plexiglas panel at the reception. When you check in, you will receive our detailed corona guidelines for the hotel, along with the corona regulations that apply in the state of Hessen in general.
Your key will be disinfected before every hand-over.
You have the option of paying your bill cash-free.

Unvaccinated business travelers must eat breakfast in their rooms.

We offer a self-service buffet for breakfast.

with you to breakfast.

We regularly air out our breakfast room. In addition, there are air purifiers that destroy viruses using plasma technology without circulating the air.

Each seminar has its own customized hygiene concept.

Seminar participants who are not staying overnight at the hotel must show proof of their 2G status to attend a seminar. Participants who are staying overnight with us will also need to show proof of their 2G status to attend a seminar.

The 1.5-meter distance rule applies to our seminar rooms. The number of participants allowed, including the coach/speaker, is as follows:

Room 1 (65 square meters) max. 11 people
Room 2 (35 square meters) max. 6 people
Library (20 square meters) max. 2 people

In the seminar rooms you must wear a surgical or FFP2 mask until you have taken your seat. You must also wear a surgical or FFP2 mask whenever you come within 1.5 meters of other people during a seminar.

Exceptions to the 2G rule (no distance requirements and only surgical or FFP2 mask requirement and proof of 3G status):

  • Gatherings/events/private functions in our seminar rooms or our lounge with fewer than 25 people (such as seminars, meetings, parties, celebrations, literary salons, wine-tasting or buffet evening events). It is only necessary to wear a surgical or FFP2 mask and present a rapid test in these cases.
  • Gatherings of people who have to work directly with one another for professional, official or business reasons (such as owner or stockholder meetings and official meetings). It is only necessary to wear a surgical or FFP2 mask and present a rapid test in these cases.

We regularly air out our rooms. In addition, we use air purifiers that destroy viruses using plasma technology without circulating the air.

Equipment such as markers for the flipchart and moderation materials will be provided separately for each participant or group.

Our seminar foyer is currently not in use. All catering for breaks will be set up in the seminar room. Drinks and break snacks will be provided separately for each participant or group. The refreshments are set up at the beginning of the seminar and after the lunch break in the seminar room.

Lunch will be served as a self-service buffet. Please remember to disinfect your hands before serving yourself at the buffet and always wear a surgical or FFP2 mask when you are at the buffet. Tables will be set with drinks per guest or per group. Coffee drinks after lunch will be brought to the table by the service staff as usual.

For coaching sessions in our library (as a private session with fewer than 25 people), you must show proof of your 3G negative status and wear a surgical or FFP2 mask. Each coaching session will have its own hygiene concept.
